With over 25 years of hands-on experience in sales, communication, and leadership, alongside a deep-rooted history in educational management, I founded MBD Skills to bridge the gap between potential and success.

Before training the leaders of tomorrow, I spent over two decades in the trenches of the highly competitive world of sales and communication. My journey has been diverse, challenging, and incredibly rewarding:
The Ultimate Training Ground: I started where the toughest sales lessons are learned—door-to-door sales. This experience taught me resilience, human psychology, and the art of connecting with people instantly.

A Decade-Long Legacy in Education
My passion for teaching and shaping young minds isn’t new. Since 2011, I have successfully established and managed three playschools and a premium coaching center right here in Delhi.
This dual expertise—combining corporate communication mastery with a decade of educational leadership—inspired the creation of MBD Skills and Language Academy in Vasant Enclave, Delhi.
